3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your space, budget, and design preferences. You agree to provide timely feedback during the design process and to ensure access to the project site as needed.

4. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and visualizations created by Vterior remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point a license for personal use is granted.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. A deposit is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vterior's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party contractors, material suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.
